Holderness coast ammonite fossil

Lovely golden ammonite fossil that we found at Mappleton on the Holderness coast.

Possibly a dactylioceras SP.

Plenty of limestone nodule around the fossil making a great display piece.

Yellow 1 cm cube for scale.
