Nice sized, well preserved hildoceras ammonite fossil that we found near Whitby on the Jurassic coast.
Both positive and negative (impression) included.
The outer limestone (not the actual visible fossil) has had an honest repair to keep the fossil intact with the surrounding limestone. The visible fossil has not underone any repair.
