Items must be returned to us in the same condition as when they were sent.
Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
Refunds will be completed within 48 hours of us receiving the item back.
Buyers from outside of the UK are respondible for their own custom's fees/ import tax.
Import tax can vary from country to country. Failure to pay import tax on your purchase will result in the item being returned to us. In this instance postage cost will not be reimbursed.
If we recieve back the item in the same condition as it was sent to you, then a refund for the item will be completed.
If the item for any reason is not returned to us, then a refund will not be completed.
